Our lawyers have provided advice to foreign investors in the acquisition of local companies, carrying out legal due diligence and taking part in the negotiation and execution of letters of intent, memorandums of understanding and business purchase agreements.
We often remain involved in the acquired businesses as legal advisers and/or company trustees (síndicos).
